Part of the lineup for Saturday in the Park was announced today. Headliners include jazz-blues-funk player Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, rock hybrid The Revivalists and soul sensation Joss Stone.
The 27th annual free music festival will be held in Grandview Park on July 1.
Stone was set to perform at Saturday in the Park in 2012 but dropped out due to a delay in her recording schedule.
Johnnyswim, a Los Angeles-based folk-pop-soul duo, and 35th & Taylor, a Sioux City blues-alt-rock band that recently opened for Bon Jovi in Chicago, will also perform on the main stage.
